New Neighbors Residential Services

We are a non-profit organization serving developmentally disabled individuals with exceptional needs in a community living setting. Currently we have several community-living homes in Clark County. We fully staff our homes around-the-clock to provide individuals with the best quality care possible. We work to promote individual independence, and we actively protect the rights of all of our individuals to live in a healthy and safe environment.

Our mission is to utilize our education, training and experience to enhance the lives of the mentally and physically challenged. We will protect and inform them of their rights. We will ensure their right to make choices, and increase their opportunities to fulfill their wants and needs. We will provide the highest quality of services while promoting normalization and independence.

You Have a Choice

The Ohio Home Care Waiver is a limited-enrollment, cost-capped program of home and community based services for people with developmental disabilities who would be eligible for Medicaid coverage in a nursing home or hospital. Waiver programs are an alternative to care in an institution.

Contact Developmental Disabilities of Clark County to be put in touch with a Path Coordinator. The Path Coordinator will help you plan for and receive the services you need.
